What is a Bridal Seminar?
As you begin your journey through the maze of bridal shows and stacks of magazines, you will have many questions. It can be overwhelming! You are invited to a Bridal Seminar specifically organized to help you know which questions to ask. For instance, are you really interviewing a professional? And, how much is a reasonable cost for the services I need? Local professionals will be available to discuss these issues and answer your questions.
How much does it cost?
Admission is $10 per bride. Each bride may bring one (1) guest at no additional charge. Essentially, it is BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE!
How does it work?
This panel discussion will feature professionals from the local area. Event & Calendar Managment Company will moderate the discussion as each professional has the opportunity to share insight on what is available, possible pitfalls and the costs involved. There will be question and answer session included for you and your guest to add to the discussion. When possible, the panel members will remain after the meeting to meet with individuals who would like specific information that has not been covered.
How does Event & Calendar Managment Company fit into the bridal industry?
In 1985, Event & Calendar Management Company's (ECMC) owner began as a bridal consultant. She used bridal shows to promote her business. Her knowledge and management skills were quickly recognized by a management company in the hospitality industry where she was recruited to create and manage events across the nation. ECMC launched on its own in 2006. Currently, ECMC organizes and promotes bridal shows, fashion shows and seminars.
How many attend the session?
Seating is limited to the first fifty (50) brides and their guests. An admission ticket is required for entry. Tickets will be mailed to the bride's given address when payment is received. Each bride is welcome to bring one (1) guest at no additional charge.
I cannot make it and I have already paid. Can I get a refund?
We are unable to refund for seminars. We encourage you to have someone in your family or wedding party to attend on your behalf. Please send us the name of your replacement via E-mail (seminars@bridesandbeaus.com) so we may adjust your reservation.

The Brides & Beaus Bridal Seminar places you in contact with professionals who service the bridal industry in a local area. With only one representative per service, you will receive professional advice without feeling the pressure to make immediate decisions.

When I go to a bridal show, there is too much information. How can a seminar help me?
A Brides & Beaus Seminar can prepare you for a bridal show so you can attend the show knowing what to expect and how to plan your day to get the most from it. What you learn at a seminar may also help you determine what is most important for your special day.
The panel discussion addresses a much smaller audience so you will have time to absorb the information and ask questions.
